Refund Policy

  • At Kashmir Exotica Tours, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. We aim to maintain a transparent and fair refund process while complying with the policies of our service partners.

    1. Eligibility for Refund
    • Refunds are applicable only for services that qualify under our Cancellation Policy.
    • No refunds will be provided for unused services after the tour has commenced.
    • Refund eligibility is subject to hotel, transport, and third-party vendor policies.
    2. Refund Processing Time

    Refunds will be initiated only after we receive the applicable refund amount from our partnered hotels, transporters, or other service providers.

    The standard refund processing period is up to 30 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

    3. Peak Season & Non-Refundable Periods
    • Bookings made for peak seasons (including 20 December – 05 January) are strictly non-refundable.
    • Special promotional or discounted packages may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.
    4. Mode of Refund

    Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment (bank transfer, wire transfer, etc.).

    Any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion differences will be borne by the client.

    5. Partial Refunds

    In cases of partial cancellations or modifications, refund amounts will be calculated after deducting:

    • Supplier cancellation charges
    • Government taxes (if non-refundable)
    • Administrative/service charges
    6. Force Majeure

    No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to force majeure events including natural disasters, weather disruptions, political unrest, flight cancellations, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will assist in rescheduling where possible.
